We develop close relationships with coffee growers all around the world, enabling us to reward farmers with a premium price in return for their finest speciality estate coffees. These premium prices paid to growers, helps to improve the lives of their families and communities as well as securing future sustainability of their coffee plantations.
At harvest time these coffees are picked, carefully processed and dried before making the long journey to our roastery in Northern Ireland . Our coffees are then meticously roasted to reveal their distinctive flavours and aromas. Each batch is roasted to order, cupped to ensure quality and consistency and then promptly dispatched to our customers to preserve freshness.
Ristretto are an authorised distributor of the Rancilio range of commercial and home coffee making equipment. Rancilio offer some of the finest machines on the market, including the Epoca, Classe 6, 8 and 10 for the commercial user, and the highly regarded Rancilio Silvia espresso machine and Rancilio rocky grinder for the home user. The Rocky grinder can be supplied either with a doser or in a doserless format; a high quality stainless steel base incorporating a knock box is also available.
